Return Policy

Returns are sometimes inevitable though we work hard to ensure you'll never need to return your purchased items. However, if you do find that a return is necessary, please review our return policy below. 

Please note: It is necessary for you to call us at 304-428-3827 or email at customerservice@specialtytraders.com and tell us you are sending an item back and specify the reason BEFORE you pack and ship the item(s). 

 

Packaging

Please use care and the proper packaging materials to ensure the item is not damaged in return shipping.  Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use, within 30 days.

Costs

Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs. If your purchase was eligible for free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.  Items not returned, such as, but not limited to, accessories, paperwork, packaging and tools, will be subject to additional fees for replacement. Excessive wear and or damage will result in additional fees.

Exclusions

Personal items such as, but not limited to, harmonicas, in ear monitors, and microphones are non-returnable for sanitary reasons.  Any product exported or shipped via freight forwarder or hand carry is considered a violation of our terms of sale and will void the return policy. For product shipped outside the US, any returns/exchanges will require the buyer to return the product solely at their expense.
