We strongly recommend using the proper power supply for any pedal. Daisy chain power supplies may not supply enough power when using multiple pedals or introduce noise into the chain. Consult the pedal manual when available for manufacturer recommended power specifications.

The Hummingbird is a great and verstile little delay unit providing tones of a sharp and clear digital effect, but can be tweaked into self oscillation with very warm analog sounding repeats.

Its core is a PT2399 delay IC which has minimum delay of 30ms and a maximum of 450ms that can be set with the DELAY pot.

The REPEAT controls the number of delays with only one repeat at minimum setting, while the FEEDBACK sets the volume of the delayed signal and can even boost it.

The TONE pot adjust the warmth of the repeats and thus controls the chance of self oscillation. (the warmer the sound the easiest to drive the unit into self oscillation)
