Used with wear associated with use.  Very light random scratches on the back that don't show up in pictures.  Some tarnish on the pickup covers.  Solid with no issues.  Excellent overall.  The case has seen plenty of road wear with various nicks and scrapes, but all the latches and hinges work fine.
