Javier Reyes is one of the most innovative guitarists in progressive rock today. He consistently pushes the boundaries of how the electric guitar can be approached in his band Animals As Leaders and in his solo work. A master of the 8-string guitar, Javier helped us create the affordable, high-quality LTD Signature Series JR-208. It's an 8-string baritone guitar at 27" scale, allowing for a greatly extended range of pitch than a standard guitar. It includes a mahogany body, a bolt-on maple neck, ESP Designed LH-308N and LH-308B pickups, and an LTD fixed bridge with string-thru-body. Controls include volume, tone (with the ability to split pickups to single coil), and a 3-way pickup selector. Available in Pelham Blue finish with gold hardware.
