Snake Charmer is a clone of the rare vintage Jen HF Modulator. This is a pitch/ring modulation effect that works best when used in conjunction with a fuzz. It's ok by itself but it really stands out when used with fuzz. I've had luck using a fuzz before it or after it (depending on the fuzz) but I think most people would stick it after a fuzz for some nice unique tones. The controls are Intensity which controls the amount of modulation applied, Speed which controls the speed of the modulation, and Tone which is the tone control.
