CC50 Deluxe The Custom Collection 50 Deluxe is one of the most sonically versatile guitars that we have ever offered. The pickups and the mod were selected after an extended collaboration between our team and the experts at Seymour Duncan®. At the center of this model is Duncan’s Hot Rail pickups. These are humbucking pickups in a single coil form-factor. That means that you can enjoy a fat, ready-to-rock tone with the ability to switch to a more traditional single-coil tone. The 50 Deluxe has our 12-Tone mod. The Deluxe has a 4-way selector switch that delivers the typical neck or bridge or both settings of a 3-way, but also adds in a “series” option in the 4th position. Taking that further we have included two push-pull pots. One, when pulled up splits the neck pickups from humbucker to single coil; the other splits the bridge pickup. The combinations are vast giving you a dozen (yes, 12) different sonic settings.
