On the right side of headstock near the G string tuner, there is a very small indentation. There are light micro scratches on the front of body, and a small white spec on the lower right. Back of body has light, but more significant scratches on the upper right horn. Please see pictures for details.

Guitar has non-original red Glenn Tipton GTV EMG active pickups.
