The factory certified 2nd has an identifying "2" stamped on the back. These guitars were found to have minor cosmetic blemishes that kept them from being offered as first quality. Anything noteworthy will be pictured. They may have light scratches that don't show up in photos and are even hard to see without light reflection. Similar designations from other companies are B stock or Scratch & Dent. The blemishes do not affect playability or structural integrity of the instrument. The guitars are set up and ready to play by Takamine. They come with a 90 day warranty from Takamine.

The slim mahogany neck and 12â€-radius bound rosewood fingerboard provide great feel and playability, while the onboard Takamine TK-40D preamp system gives you a built-in tuner, three-band EQ and gain controls, mid contour switch, notch filter and EQ bypass switch for the ultimate in versatility and sound quality.
